Google ‘yoga’ and immediately words like relaxation, wellbeing, improved physical appearance as well the more important inner wellness benefits are staring right back at you. However where confusion often comes in is working out which ‘style’ is suitable for your personal needs and requirements (even if you don’t even know yet what those ‘needs’ are). You may consider giving it a go because every health magazine says you ‘should’ be incorporating it in to your workout programme, and every A-Z celebrity seems to be papped with a mat. And maybe you genuinely want to enhance your inner health, calm your mind and reduce your stress levels – either way practice works.
